Puerto Rico Department of Labor warns that the law does not allow employers to recover labor reform payments

The Secretary of the Department of Labor and Human Resources (DTRH, Spanish acronym), Gabriel Maldonado Gonz?lez, said that no employer can recover the money paid to their employees after Judge Laura Taylor Swain declared the labor reform null and void ab initio last week.
