Washington D. C. – Seeking an opportunity to move forward and create a thorough debate, Juan Dalmau recommended to the congressional committees with primary jurisdiction over Puerto Rico to amend H.R. 2757 plebiscite bill so that, although it does not require the federal government to implement the results, it includes a bilateral commission between the United States and the island’s political parties.
