In response to U.S. billionaire John Paulson’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed against him, Fahad Ghaffar insisted that he invested nearly $17 million in the purchase of the luxury car dealership Gómez Hermanos Kennedy in exchange for a 50 percent convertible note in the company F40 LLC, which he claims he never received.
