The Municipal Revenue Collection Center (CRIM, Spanish acronym) objected to the sale of HIMA San Pablo hospitals because the plan proposed before the federal Bankruptcy Court “does not guarantee the payment of the debt” totaling $11.5 million that the hospital conglomerate has with that entity.
